In it, I'm talking with Nate Carroll on the latest episode of The Nut Club Podcast, and we're discussing discipline.
Now, in my view discipline is just consistency over time. There's no magic to it or anything like that.
It's simply being able to do the same thing consistently, for a long enough period of time.
That's how you get the results you want.
BUT
Some of you are already disciplined mofo's and you don't even realize it. For you, the answer isn't to 'tighten down more'...
It's to figure out how to make the work you're already doing more effective.
That's why in the first week of "Getting Ripped w/ Jared" (I know, it's a great title) I'm not going over the 'best diet', 'best workout', or 'best supplements'.
Instead, I'll be looking at it from a unique perspective. How can you get these results the easiest way possible?
Sometimes it's not discipline, doing more, or working harder. Sometimes all you need are some simple tweaks.
