It's not rocket science, just fitness
If you could break fitness down, you'd see it's not nearly as complex as it seems.
Sure there are 9 million different diets or workouts to follow.
Thousands of supplements and supplement companies...
And all the fitness gurus are telling you something different to focus on. But most of the time - these things aren't even important that they're pointing out.
It's the micro-details they're pointing out, and they don't actually matter.
A cold plunge might be beneficial for you, but it's not the 'big rock' that's going to transform your life. Neither is swapping peanut butter for avocado, or using brown rice instead of eating bread.
The key is simplicity. To make sure you're focusing on those 'right' areas for continuous progress.
So let's simplify this a bit:
First, get your mindset right. Become an anti-perfectionist. Embrace discomfort. Recognize that discipline = consistency over time. That's it, there's nothing magical to it. And the level of discipline you stick with is completely up to you and based on your life circumstances.
In my weekly training "Getting Ripped w/ Jared", that's the first thing I'm going over. Setting appropriate goals for your life, and then giving them hell.

After mindset, you gotta tackle your workouts. It's pretty simple - it's about getting stronger. Progressing over time - more weight, more reps, better form, etc. Stick with the compound lifts, and other lifts that you can keep progressing with.
Then, you move to Nutrition. Eat protein, stick with whole foods, eat moderate carbs and fats, avoid alcohol, and enjoy a cheat meal per week.
This is likely the area most people are hung up on. But not because it's not simple, but because they don't actually want to do it. That's why the honesty with ourselves is SUPER important during our goal setting section.
Lastly, you gotta know if what you're doing is working. That's why you have to track everything. Your workouts, your body weight, the way you look with pictures, and even measurements - like how big your waist is.
Those will give you feedback as to whether or not things are working and if you need to adjust.
I'll be giving all of this away and more in my weekly trainings. I'll probably start this the week after next week.
I'll go over everything for the week, let you guys ask questions, and eventually help you gauge your own progress and adjustments.
I'm literally going to take you and help you put together your own plan of attack, just like I used to do for all of my own clients.
So if you want in, just respond to this email and I'll add you to my list for more information.
