Muhammad Ali is quoted saying “I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion'.”
To become a champion, that's what it takes. But champions are driven by passion and purpose. The suffering that's done in the name of that pursuit is suffering with purpose, because it's a part of that pursuit.
That's how it felt when I was bodybuilding - suffering with passion. Two hours of cardio and zero energy? Worth it.
But the fitness gurus have taken that same message and told you that to get the results you want with your body, you have to suffer and be miserable.
That it will be worth it! Eventually. Some day. Hopefully?
I don't know about you, but I'm not trying to be the greatest gymrat in the world.
I just want to move better, feel better, and look better naked. I want to do backflips into the pool with my kids, run around without hurting myself, and carry some heavy shit to impress my wife.
So the message that says "kill yourself in the gym, or with your diet" doesn't appeal to me anymore. It's suffering without purpose.
I want better results with less effort. To use exercise and nutrition to enhance my life and make it better - not to be the purpose of my life.
It's an odd place to be since I was once such a hardcore bodybuilder, but it's given me a unique perspective in the land of 'regular folk.'
My advice? Ignore the people that are telling you the way to get results is to work harder, or to stick to a restrictive diet, or to kill yourself in your workouts.
Instead, be like the tortoise.
Keep moving forward every single day. Don't jump from workout to workout, or diet to diet trying to find the shortcut.
"The best" workout and diet are the ones that you can stick to continuously improve with for years.
Make it a part of your life that you enjoy, that you want to do, and it won’t feel like suffering.
Instead you’ll just enjoy the results.
Which brings to me to my next point about supplements - they're designed to make this process more enjoyable and more efficient (especially my supplements).
Flux Elite Stack, for example, was designed to help you lose weight much more easily.
Now, read that again. I didn't say it would make you lose weight all by itself. That magic pill doesn't exist.
What it does is help put your body in a state where weight loss happens more easily.
Equilibrium helps to reduce cortisol - the stress hormone that slows fat loss to a halt.
Thermite helps increase your resting metabolic rate so you can burn more calories throughout the day (without any stimulants).
And Thermogenic Flux helps to boost your energy, metabolism, and mental focus, helping you get more done throughout the day. While at the same time suppressing your appetite, helping you stick to your diet and make better choices.
All three of these products are included in the Flux Elite Stack.
If you're having trouble losing weight, or just want to speed the process up a bit, this is a great opportunity for you to give Flux Elite Stack a shot.
P.S. Feel free to grab the Flux Elite Stack or the Flux AF Elite Stack (With ThermoFlux AF instead).
