If you're being honest (and not just wanting to prove me wrong), you'll notice that they're colder than the rest of your body.
That's simply because of a lack of blood flow. Less blood flow = less heat.
Less blood flow = less fat utilization in those areas.
Less fat utilization = stubborn fat sticks around longer than regular fat.
So, it would make sense that increasing blood flow to these stubborn areas would help to increase fat loss in those areas.
And I agree. Years ago I created a product called LipoFlux - a cream - that helped with heating up body fat when it was applied to those areas. There was more going on with LipoFlux than just heat, but that was one way in which it worked.
(Unfortunately LipoFlux wasn't popular enough to continue making... but I am hoping for comeback some day).
LipoFlux helped to increase blood flow in the area, because it increased heat in the area. It would actually make you a slightly red, and definitely warm in that area.
And while LipoFlux may not be around anymore, other products that heat you up are still around. And if you have a severely stubborn area that won't budge - it can definitely help.
Be careful though - some of those heating products (like capsaicin) will absolutely make your skin feel like it's on fire. And boy o boy when you step into a hot shower with that stuff on your skin...
You're gonna feel it.
But, like I said in my last email, it's not the whole reason for stubborn fat. The other side of that is the MASSIVE AMOUNT of alpha receptors in your fat cells that are actively blocking fat.
To turn those alpha receptors off, you're going to have to use something like Yohimbine HCl.
When those alpha receptors are finally turned off - then your body will tap into stubborn fat just as easily as regular body fat.
The real magic is in the combination of the 'big 3 for stubborn fat loss'.
Heat + Yohimbine + Caloric Deficit (for fat loss, and to improve insulin resistance in the area).
But remember, you gotta be doing the work for any of this stuff to work. It just makes it easier and more effective.
