My favorite quick snack
One of my favorite go-to snacks is pretty simple.
It's high in protein, low in fat, has plenty of fiber, and tastes great.
Here's how you make it:
2/3 cup of Greek Yogurt
+
1 scoop of Isothority (vanilla is great, but blueberry is even better)
+
Your favorite fruit (I use frozen berries that I defrost in the microwave first)
That's it!
The macros and calories are phenomenal.
There's 42 grams of protein, very little fat, and only as many carbs as you use from the fruit (generally 30 or less).
Just be sure to use non-fat, or low-fat greek yogurt to keep the calories low.
Approximate calories: 300-350
