As a kid, Christmas took forever to get here. Same with my birthday - and it took an actual eternity for me to graduate from high school.
The first 18 years of my life seemed to take WAY longer than the second 18 years.
If you're like me, the older you get - the busier you seem to get.
Which makes it really hard to keep 'winning' in all of the areas of life that you're supposed to win at.
You know, your health, finances, family, friends, career, etc.
But if I redefine 'winning' as consistent progress over time? Not perfection or dominance..
Then I change what I focus on. I focus on what gives me the biggest results with the least effort. I focus on the Pareto Principle.
That 80% of your results, come from 20% of your actions.
In finances, it's consistent saving and investment over a long period of time. Put money into index funds for long enough, and that compound interest will build real wealth.
In fitness, if you focus on getting strong for long enough - you'll absolutely change your physique. Combine that with eating whole foods as much as possible and limiting sugar and processed foods? Game changer.
It's not how much effort you put out, how much attention you give it, or how 'hard you try' that gets you results.
It's that you're doing the important things - the right things - consistently for long periods of time.
So I want to challenge you to focus on the big rocks that actually make a difference in your life over the long term, and IGNORE the rest of the bullshit out there.
And since I've had some interest, I'm going to teach you guys how to do this methodically. How to focus on the big rocks - and ignore the rest.
In the near future, I'll be hosting a weekly training to teach you how to transform your body by focusing only on those big rocks. By finding what you can commit to, what's realistic for your life, and then manipulating the hell out of it to get the results you want.
I'll call this "Getting Ripped w/ Jared"
Respond to this email and let me know if you're interested in being a part of this weekly training.
