Most people are in a hurry to lose weight, which is a mistake.
When you're in a hurry, you make poor decisions. You drop your calories too low, you do extra cardio, and you race to the finish line.
Don't get me wrong, a goal - a finish line - can be highly motivating. It can be the difference between sticking to your diet and cheating on your diet.
There's a different way I want you to look at weight loss, something I did with all of my clients and even myself. Rather than rushing to the finish line, trying to get results as fast as possible... try to do one thing:
Eat as much food as possible and still lose weight.
It's an interesting concept, isn't it? It's designed for longevity, hunger control, metabolism optimization... and to keep you from cheating.
And best of all? It helps you keep losing weight while supporting what your body needs.
It fuels you with energy, it fuels your workouts, and it deals with your hunger. But to do this, you have to have the other pieces in place. You have to be lifting weights and intentionally trying to build muscle by getting stronger.
You can't be going off your diet and cheating and trying to figure out why you're not losing weight.
You can't rely on extra cardio for weight loss, or rush to the finish line.
You have to use those calories as fuel for your workouts, and when you workout - you workout with intention. You workout hard. You push yourself. You use the fuel wisely.
And afterwards, you have to recover properly. You have to feed your body the right nutrients that will you perform like this for every workout.
Like a high quality protein shake after each workout, and a BCAA during your workout. The BCAA, like Amino Factor, kicks your body into 'recovery mode' at lightning speed. And the protein, like Isothority, finishes the job.
