Digestithority and beano
Do you remember that product BEANO from the 90s?
It was an anti-gas pill that you took before you ate, that was supposed to help you reduce gas and bloating from a meal.
Their commercials were everywhere, and their product was huge.
(Their slogan was: take BEANO before and there'll BE NO GAS)
It turns out there's only one active ingredient in BEANO: alpha-galactosidase - an enzyme that breaks down complex carbohydrates.
While that one ingredient might be highly effective for helping with gas caused by vegetables, legumes, and certain grains - it does nothing else for the rest of your food that may be causing a problem.
Problems with protein, fat, or lactose? Well you're out of luck there.
That's why when I formulated Digestithority, I used a targeted blend of enzymes to attack digestion from every angle.
Amylase, protease, glucoamylase, alpha-galactosidase, cellulase, lipase, lactase, hemicellulose, and bromelain are just some of the things I added to help break down food more efficiently.
But enzymes are really only helpful if you take them before your meal. I also wanted something you could take AFTER a problem already occurs - because we don't always think that far ahead or know what is going to be troublesome for us.
So I added in other key ingredients like artichoke, ginger root, peppermint leaf, and chamomile... things that would help soothe a disturbed stomach after it's already started. It doesn't matter if it's heart burn, diarrhea, upset stomach, or indigestion.
Here's the trick:
Take 3 Digestithority before a meal you know is going to cause you trouble, or 3 after the trouble has already started. It doesn't matter, because it's going to help your stomach settle down and feel considerably better.
Ready to make those unpleasant post-meal moments a thing of the past?
