Stress is killing your sex drive.
Stress is killing your sex drive.
(if you're having trouble in this area - pay attention)
When I was digging through the research for my reformulation of Equilibrium, one thing kept standing out above the rest:
How bad stress is for your body and how much it screws things up. Stress is so prevalent, we don't even realize what all is contributing to our stress:
-
sleeping too little
-
eating junk
-
dehydration
-
chronic emotional stress
-
not exercising
-
exercising too much
-
alcohol
All of which leads to more problems. More sleeping issues, anxiety, stomach issues, muscle loss, weight gain, depression, and even infertility.
And yes, lack of sex drive - due to hormonal imbalances.
The answer is to reduce stress - sleep more, eat better, balance your exercise, meditate, drink more water...
But sometimes that only goes so far. We can't always get rid of our emotional stress, the demands of our lives, or get as much sleep as we'd like.
If you're in one of those situations (like I am), the studies are absolutely clear:
Ashwagandha helps tremendously to reduce stress and balance sex hormones.
Specifically increasing 'sexual function' in both men and women - in just a few short weeks.
(I've got the pdf's of the studies if you want 'em)
That's why I used KSM-66 Ashwagandha in my Equilibrium Hormonal Balance product - along with some other powerhouse ingredients.
To help your body adapt to stress, and bring your hormones back into balance.
