silly fitness beliefs (response based)
I've heard a lot of silly fitness beliefs in my day.
One of my favorites is the belief that you can turn fat into muscle, or that muscle turns into fat if you don't workout for a long time.
They're two separate tissues, they can't change into each other. That's impossible.
But I heard it over and over again when I was working in my family's supplement stores.
Just like I heard from guys over and over that they didn't want to get 'too big'. As if building a muscular physique happens by accident.
Tell me, what was a silly belief that you used to have? Or we can say 'your friend' used to have, if that makes it easier. 😉

P.S. I've got a sale coming up later this week for you. I haven't quite made up my mind what I want to put on sale yet - if there's something you want to see, let me know.
